Pixel Color Wars — Free Real-Time Multiplayer Territory Game
Pixel Color Wars is a free browser-based multiplayer territory war game. One giant
600×400 pixel map — 240,000 pixels — is shared by every player on Earth simultaneously.
Choose one of 8 tribes and tap pixels to conquer territory for your side in real time.
How to Play Pixel Color Wars
- Pick a tribe and tap any pixel adjacent to your territory to claim it.
- Every 500ms a battle tick fires — the tribe with the most votes on a contested pixel wins it.
- Pixels become harder to capture the longer a tribe holds them (fortification system).
- Spend shields to actively reinforce pixels you already own.
- The round ends when one tribe controls all 240,000 pixels — then the map resets.

About Pixel Color Wars
Pixel Color Wars is inspired by Reddit's r/Place experiment — a shared pixel canvas where
communities compete for space. Unlike r/Place, Pixel Color Wars is a persistent real-time
war: there are no cooldowns, the battle ticks every half second, and the map resets after
each tribe wins. Play free at pixelcolorwars.com.
